PRACTICAL INFORMATION

RECOGNITION BY SUPPLEMENTARY INSURANCE COMPANIES

As a certified ASCA (Swiss Foundation for Complementary Medicine), member of the RME (Register of Empirical Medicine) and recognized by EGK and Visana, part of the costs of therapeutic treatments can be covered by the majority of complementary health insurance companies.

I would like to remind you that it is the client's duty to check with his or her insurer beforehand.

Only therapeutic treatments related to an illness or an accident can be covered by supplementary insurance.

The payment of invoices for services is independent of the potential reimbursement of insurance companies, which may ask the therapist for information on the validity of the treatments carried out. The practice does not enter into the matter of possible deductibles and/or percentages not covered by insurance.

These remain the responsibility of the insured. Moreover, payment for each session is made at the end of the session. A paid invoice for your insurance will be sent to you by e-mail or by post if necessary.

The sessions are confidential and subject to professional secrecy
Payment methods accepted: Cash, credit/debit cards (except old Postcard) and TWINT
Appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged
The time of the appointment corresponds to the start of the session
If the client is late, the session will be shortened, without any change in the rate
The duration of the session includes an initial assessment, the treatment and a recovery time which is an integral part of the process
In order to guarantee availability, I strongly recommend that you book your appointments in advance, especially for regular treatments
